Case Card Template – Submit an Issue

Are you worried about an environmental issue? 

There is strong evidence that a single letter can raise awareness and hold governments, leaders and decision makers to account, a flood of mail can lead to dramatic change

If there is an issue you would like the group to write about it would be great if you could  fill in the form below. (Keep the information to a maximum of 2 pages).

We will then transfer the information onto a case card and create a sample letter (you can remain anonymous or you / your organisation can be credited on the case card footer and your branding / logo displayed in the header).

If you cannot provide all the information requested please enter the information you have, even if it is only the title of the issue you are concerned about, and we will try to gather the rest of the information ourselves.
